The solar water heating system installation cost is payable by the purchaser as applicable on the date of installation.

One lifts of OTIS/ Thyssen Krupp/ Schindler or equivalent make will be provided as shown in the floor plans for the entire project. Lifts sidewalls with granite cladding on the ground floor and vitrified tiles cladding on the other floors.
